Unlike valuers from banks or other interested parties we are an independent valuation firm, as we don't act as buyers or sellers in any capacity. We do valuations and we do them well.
What goes into a Valuation?
Our valuations start with a detailed list of all plant and machinery assets that are to be valued. This list must be extensive and detailed down to the level of make and model. This allows us to calculate the value of each and every asset to a superior certainty.
Most often after compiling this list one of our experienced valuers may have to visit the location of your plant and machinery to inspect your assets condition and complete the asset list. Other times this step can be substituted by providing us with pictures of all assets under an external valuation.
After all important information is compiled by your valuer they will work on producing your plant and machinery valuation report. This certified report will show the value of each asset on its own as well as the acumalitve value and any additional information that may be required. Depending on your needs we can also find the value of your plant and machinery as it would have been on a past retrospective date.
What is a Plant and Machinery Valuation?
A plant and machinery valuation is an official calculation of the true market worth of your plant and machinery. You may feel that you know what the value of your plant and machinery is but unfortunately for most circumstances this is not enough. For official and legal needs whether insurance, loans or any other reason you will need an official valuation performed.
Our team is ready to listen to you and your specific needs. We create a detailed extensive report that can be used in many situations. Just let us know why you need this valuation and after collecting all relevant information, assign an independent valuer to conduct an internal/external valuation for your plant and machinery needs, once completed you will receive your report in as little as 5-7 business days from the day of inspection.
