At Valuations TAS, our expert team of valuers boasts over 20 years of hands-on industry experience. Over the course of their careers, they've mastered all the essential skills required to deliver precise and reliable valuations. Each member is a Certified Practising Valuer (CPV) accredited by the Australian Property Institute (API), with many also holding AVI and RICS qualifications. As committed members of the API, our valuers adhere to the highest standards of professionalism and ethical rigour, ensuring that every valuation report we produce is of exceptional quality.
The valuation work they perform must reach a high level of detail and transparency. They must also follow the ethical guidelines set out by API that require them to base their valuations solely on objective data and to always act as independent agents. Both of these factors ensure that the valuations our valuers produce are of the highest quality they can possibly be.
Our valuers experience and certifications make them the perfect candidates for acting as an expert witness for any litigation proceedings. They are able to explain the valuation process in detail. Starting with a thorough profiling of the subject property, noting all important information that they need, our valuers will then look at the sales records of the similar properties and then use this information to determine the subject properties value.
